What is Solar Energy?
Solar energy doesn’t have to be confusing or complicated. If you’ve been looking at solar energy systems for your home or business, you’ve probably heard some unfamiliar industry jargon. Fear not the words!!!
We’re here to simplify your solar experience by helping you learn more about this source of clean renewable power.

INVERTER
An inverter is a type of electrical converter. It is used to convert the variable direct current from solar panel into a utility frequency alternating current. This current can be transferred into an electrical grid or used by a local, off-grid electrical network.
BATTERY
Two or more electrochemical cells enclosed in a container and electrically
interconnected in an appropriate series/parallel arrangement to provide the required
operating voltage and current levels. Under common usage, the term battery also applies to
a single cell if it constitutes the entire electrochemical storage system
SOLAR PANEL
Solar panels are used to convert sun rays into electricity. This is done with the help of Solar cells. A solar cell is an electrical device that converts light energy directly into electricity. Electricity is generated when the solar cells are exposed to photons or light particles.

Why Siya Phambili and what does it mean?
Taken from the Zulu language, it directly translates as “we are moving forward“. However when taken in context of how the company name originated, it is taken from the song lyrics, as sung by Loyiso Bala “Phambili (Be Glorified)”. From there the translation is in fact – “we go forward with Jesus“
“Siyaphambili ngoJesu, ngoJesu”
This is the base and the foundation on which this company was started, considering the times we live in which forces us in many ways to move forward. Move forward in how we think, how we believe and how we live. It also forces us to think and plan how we use electricity and water going forward. The future is uncertain and the time to plan and decide how to move forward, is now.
